Policy and Procedure Manual

CQC have reintroduced inspections for Adult Social Care nationally. We have a statutory responsibility to comply with the Care Act 2014 and associated regulations. Health and Social Care legislative policies define how we work and new policies have been introduced recently. Partner organisations may need to be aware of and have access to our policies and procedures. Currently our policies and procedures are stored in multiple locations. Unable to find the right information at the right time will lead to poor decision making on the part of the practitioners. There needs to be a clear review cycle to keep these policies updated. This is will improve consistency, and enhance quality assurance in practice
