Provision of Hendon Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Building - Replacement of Existing Building

The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) has commissioned for the replacement for the existing Grounds Maintenence Building (GMB) at Hendon Cemetery. Due to this replacement (like for like) we require the unsuitable / not fit for purpose existing GMB replaced with a modular building. The total budget for the demolition and replacement is £613,255. Capita have been appointed as Project Manager to implement this project on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet (LBB). The modular contractor will be procurred via the LHC Framework.
