term maintenance contract 4 year contract with a 1 year extension option for the future delivery of the services. The maintenance regimes covered by the TMC were divided into lots which include: • Mechanical • Electrical • Water hygiene • Fire alarms Water hygiene • Lift maintenance • Air conditioning and ventilation • General building maintenance/services • Firefighting equipment • Automatic doors and roller shutters Applicants could apply for more than one lot. The authority is seeking to contract with a single service provider per lot, except in the following, where additional resource was deemed necessary, two services providers are to be engaged: - Mechanical - Electrical - Water hygiene - General building maintenance/services
