Description
Adults and Health utilises SAP Business Intelligence software within its data warehouse. The software facilitates the creation of performance reports and statutory returns data. A support and maintenance agreement is required for this function. This agreement will provide licences for the software, upgrades to the software, maintenance of the existing processes and extraction routines and general support of any software related issues.
