Description
The Council wishes to call-off from the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6194 (Back Office Software) in order to award a contract to Civica UK Ltd to combine the Council’s requirements for managing the processes within Freedom of Information, Environmental Information Regulations, Data Protection, Data protection incident and breaches, corporate complaints and Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman enquiries in a single system. This is in accordance with the Annual Procurement Forward Plan for 2022-23 and the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules.
