The scope is expected to comprise approximately 19 service lines, including core building surveying, façade and building-envelope advice, dilapidations, party wall services, fire-safety support, principal designer and CDM advisory services, project management and cost management. The framework will support capital works, property operations, statutory and health and safety obligations, estate stewardship and other business-as-usual requirements. The Crown Estate intends to appoint approximately four to six suppliers.
