The aim of this project is to review Key Performance Outcome (KPO) 5 within the Performance Framework for Verifiers, together with the information collected through the Resource and Investment Exercise and recommend revisions to KPO5 and associated reporting requirements. The recommendations should improve the consistency, accuracy and usefulness of financial and performance data, supporting effective performance monitoring, decision-making and future building warrant fee modelling.
