Description
This project is for the delivery of a fully managed IT service to run and support of the IOPC IT systems and infrastructure on a day-to-day basis. It involves: Providing 24/7 IT support Managing servers, cloud services (Azure), and data centres Monitoring systems to prevent issues before they happen Keeping systems secure, patched, and compliant Ensuring backup, recovery, and disaster readiness Working within the customer’s processes and reporting regularly.
