Description
1.2 The council has a requirement to maintain road pavements as part of its statutory obligation to manage non-trunk roads within its geographical area. As the largest city in Scotland, with a population in the region of 650,000, Glasgow has one of the most heavily used and extensive road networks of all 32 Scottish Local Authorities.
