Description
The Clerk of Works (Technical Inspector) shall in providing the services and in acting as Clerk of Works exercise the reasonable skill, care, and diligence to be expected of an appropriately qualified professional experienced in acting as Clerk of Works. Provide such assistance as the Employer may reasonably require under the contract in pursuing each and every minor remedy which it may have against the Contractor or his consultants (under their agreement) and/or in defending any minor claim made against the Employer by the Contractor, excluding adjudication, arbitration, litigation, or similar mediation, dispute resolution proceedings. Carry out any additional services which may be necessary/consequent on any assignment, termination, or suspension of the Contract for an additional fee to be agreed.
