Description
To support the successful implementation of the Framework, and for staff to support their development against these competencies, a suite of corresponding online learning modules is in the process of being created. These will complement existing development offers where in place, and will be accessible, scalable, and aligned to the Framework standards and competencies, offering a range of options for leaders and managers to access the relevant developmental learning modules, meeting the needs identified via their self-assessment. This ensures that the learning is both relevant and targeted to specific areas of individual need, whilst covering the full range of potential learning needs across all levels of leaders and managers. An expert specialist learning and development supplier is required to undertake the ongoing development and finalisation of the modules, initially in relation to Stage 1 and Stage 2 leaders and managers.
