Revised specification from July/Aug opportunity due to budget limitations. Landscape improvements and associated works including new playground at Esplanade Gardens, Rochester. Single contract with no staged delivery The Contract will be for an initial period of 0.5 years with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to a total of 1 years.
