Description
The British Library has appointed a supplier to support delivery of its Future Web Programme, working alongside internal staff as a blended digital product team. Services include digital product development, software engineering, UX and design, user research and testing, content design, accessibility, quality assurance and project management. The supplier will support the development, enhancement and integration of the Library's web products and services, while building internal capability and transferring knowledge. Services will be delivered through two agile teams, with additional specialist resource called off as required
