Description
Provision of spring and summer bedding plants, bulbs, and planted displays for East Lindsey District Council's seasonal planting schemes, including the supply of plants and the preparation of troughs and tiered planters for display across the district. The contract supports the delivery of the Council's annual floral displays and public realm enhancement programme. The procurement was reserved for suppliers based within Lincolnshire. One tender was received from a supplier headquartered outside Lincolnshire; however, the supplier demonstrated a substantial operational presence within the East Lindsey area and was therefore considered to meet the requirements of the reservation.
