Description
Hywel Dda University Health Board requires the ongoing maintenance and support of the Auditbase system located at Glangwilli General Hospital. The supplier, AuditData LTD has provided this service 2015, and is the only supplier with the expertise to provide the relevant maintenance required. The proposed contract will provide continued preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and technical support, ensuring the equipment remains safe, reliable and operational throughout the contract period. The system is critical to the continued delivery of healthcare services and ongoing maintenance is required to minimise downtime, maintain compliance with manufacturer recommendations and support patient care. Following review, the Health Board has confirmed there are no current plans to replace the equipment during the proposed contract term and therefore a maintenance arrangement remains necessary.
