Description
West Dunbartonshire Council Housing, in partnership with the WDC Health and Social Care Partnership, are looking to refurbish the former Prep 4 Life building at 28 Bridge Street, Alexandria into suitable accommodation for young care leavers. The current arrangement is no longer fit for purpose due to the sharing of bathroom and cooking facilities. This tendering exercise was a mini-competition from Lot 10, Workstream 5 of the Scottish Procurement Alliance Refurbishment & Modernisation (RM3) framework.
