Description
Replacement of the Air compressors as in Quote Ref: SQCPS429R1-2808 scope of supply encompasses a complete turn-key air treatment package consisting of two Nano purification desiccant dryers fully complimented with high-efficiency inlet and outlet filtration. This configuration is designed to deliver compressed air at a consistent -40⁰C Pressure Dew Point (PDP) ensuring class 2 air quality for water vapour to both the N2 generator and all process equipment. To ensure system pressure regulation and dew point monitoring, we have also allowed for the installation of a pressure regulator to maintain precise downstream operating pressure, a PRV to provide essential overpressure protection of the system and a secondary Hygrometer installed in the production area with an audible alarm in the event of a dryer failure.
