Northern Housing Consortium Procurement (NHC Procurement) is the central purchasing body of the Northern Housing Consortium (NHC). We procure Procurement Act 2023 compliant solutions on behalf of circa 400 public sector members across the UK. NHC Procurement is looking to establish a Decent Homes framework covering a range of works and services to replace its existing Protection, Security and Electrical Works Framework, which is due to expire in July 2027. The proposed Lots for the new framework include the following: LOT 1: Product Catalogue: Manufacture/Supply and Install of Protection, Security and Safety Products LOT 2: Design, Manufacture/Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of CCTV Systems, Door Entry/Access Control Systems, Intruder Alarms, and Remote Monitoring Sub-Lot 2.1: Design/Supply/Install/Maintain CCTV and ANPR Systems Sub-Lot 2.2: Design/Supply/Install/Maintain Door Entry and Access Control Systems Sub-Lot 2.3: Design/Supply/Install/Maintain Intruder Alarm Systems Sub-Lot 2.4: CCTV Systems, Door Entry/Access Control, Intruder Alarms Fully Managed Service LOT 3: Property and Site Safety and Security Sub-Lot 3.1: Manned Security Services Sub-Lot 3.2: Mobile Patrol Services Sub-Lot 3.3: Waking Watch Services Sub-Lot 3.4: Void Security and Protection Sub-Lot 3.5: Property and Site Safety and Security Fully Managed Service LOT 4: Stock Condition - Utilities - Noise - Air tightness - Thermal imaging - Lighting - Insulation - Disrepair LOT 5: Structural Surveying - Timber care - Steel - Existing Stock - New Builds LOT 6: Electrical Works - PAT Testing - Fixed Electrical Testing - Electrical Condition Surveys And Inspection Reports - Remedial Work, Including Rewires - Electrical Works Fully Managed Service LOT 7: Energy Testing Including, but not limited to, EPCs – Energy Performance Certificates We would like to invite interested suppliers to complete a short questionnaire to help the Northern Housing Consortium understand market interest, capability, barriers to participation and views on the proposed framework and structure. Responses will inform procurement planning only and will not form part of any future tender evaluation. NHC Procurement reserves the right to invite selected suppliers who have completed the questionnaire to short Microsoft Teams meetings where further discussion or clarification would benefit the development of the procurement process. Participation in this preliminary market engagement is optional and does not provide any advantage or disadvantage or commit suppliers to any future related procurement process.
