Description

In April 2026, the NDAO (National Data and Analytics Office) will launch NDIES (National Data Integration and Exploitation Service) across UK policing. This service will seek to improve accessibility to data assets across forces and provide support and guidance around the use of different technologies, data assets and best practice approaches. It will focus both on making better use of the data assets and investments that have already been made across policing and on promoting greater coherence and rigor around scaling those up.

The supplier shall provide multi-disciplinary architecture, data, engineering and business change services supporting NDIES focusing on the year 1 delivery of the capability. NDIES are seeking access to a range of different skillsets to support multiple initiatives around evaluating existing data integration and exploitation tools already used within policing, evaluating COTS products, shaping model force deployment, and review of pathfinder projects.
