The contract includes the provision of Council staffed refuse collection vehicles (RCV’s) collecting approximately 4000 tonnes per 6 months of post-consumer recyclate consisting of mixed Glass Cans & Plastic from households, commercial premises and recycling centres with the Council subsequently delivering this material to the Service Provider’s treatment site or a designated reception point for onward transportation to the Service Providers own treatment site
