Description
Isle of Wight Council telephony system (Avaya): the continuation of the support and maintenance (Avaya subscription and remote access solution) required to be in place while the procurement of the Customer Contact Project is carried out.
A VEAT notice was published on 22 June 2023 (Notice reference: 2023/S 000-017794). This was followed by a 10-day standstill period which ended at midnight on 03 July 2023.
