This tender relates to 2 different lots as below. Tenderers are invited to bid separaly for lot 1 and lot 2. Two different contracts will be awarded to the best tenderer for each lot. Lots may or may not be carried out in the same time. Contracts will be JCT minor work building contract 2016 edition.
