The University of Salford is seeking a suitably qualified independent evaluator to undertake a summative assessment of the project. The basis for this Invitation to Tender specification is the Summative Assessment Plan which has been developed by the University of Salford in accordance with the guidelines contained in 'ERDF Summative Assessment Guidance ESIF-GN-1-033 V3 10 April 2019.'
