Description
Stockport Homes Group SHG are seeking tenders for the provision of Greenspace Management Services for a period of four years with the option to extend for a further year subject to agreement commencing 1 February 2024.
Type of work required but not limited to Grass cutting cut and collect cut and drop and mulch Shrub bed maintenance and pruning Hedge maintenance and pruning Rose bed maintenance and pruning Flower bed planting and maintenance Long grass maintenance Wildflower planting and maintenance Hard surface maintenance
This is a two stage process. In the first stage interested suppliers will be asked to complete and return a Standard Selection Questionnaire SQ for return no later than 17 July 2023. Following evaluation a number of suppliers will be invited to respond to an Invitation to Tender ITT at this stage full specification and supporting documentation will be provided. Submitted tender will then be evaluated clarification meetings held and the Contract awarded to the successful Tenderer. The Invitation to Tender exercise is anticipated to commence 31 July 2023.
