This procurement is being concluded as a direct award under the Legal Services RM6179
The Supplier will advise the Buyer in connection with the contractual documentation associated with Innovate UK's grant programmes and similar arrangements. The work involved in this will include the following: ⢠Design, drafting and amendment of contract and grant documentation including grant funding agreements, grant offer letters and memoranda of understanding ⢠attending regular calls/meetings regarding the same with Innovate UK Programme staff ⢠providing advice on the legal implications and risk areas of the above documents
