Description
A workforce programme offering professional, managerial, operational and administrative workers through a wide range of delivery routes, including statements of work (SOW).
SOW: The Contact Management Project is an ExCo-prioritised strategic initiative intended to establish a single capability for managing external stakeholder relationships across the Investments function. In support of this objective, the project will undertake business process analysis, requirements elicitation, operating model design, technology configuration and implementation activities, alongside the establishment of governance, support and service management arrangements.
Scope of services: The supplier will provide a Transformation & Delivery Manager. Providing delivery management, business analysis and implementation services to support the design, delivery and operationalisation of the Contact Management solution.
