Description
Newlon Housing Trust is inviting Responses for the provision of Office Cleaning Services to the Head Office which consists of three (3) floors. â¢The open plan area in the office houses one hundred and eighty three (183) workstations. â¢Newlon staff work on a hybrid basis therefore work in the office two (2) each week, the maximum daily occupancy is between seventy and one hundred (70-100) staff. â¢There are twenty one (21) individual study pods (small rooms) with plans to build an additional six (6) study pods during the course of 2023. â¢There are also: â¢Four (4) interview rooms â¢Nine (9) meeting rooms of various sizes â¢Three (3) toilet cores each with a lobby area and both male and female toilets â¢Five (5) smaller tea points â¢One (1) larger kitchen/staff room â¢One (1) reception area â¢One (1) lift also operates in the building
