Description
Dear agency colleagues,
NHS Greater Manchester ICB is seeking a strategic creative partner to create a new behaviour change stop smoking campaign that will encourage smokers in Greater Manchester to try to quit smoking more often, and more successfully.
The campaign should aim to change behaviours by giving smokers the motivation, confidence and tools needed to stop smoking. The campaign should also focus on reducing health inequalities as smoking disproportionately affects people from lower-income households and more disadvantaged backgrounds. The campaign is expected to run several times a year for 18 - 24 months, supported by an annual media budget which is not included in this commission. The upper affordability limit for this contract is £140,000 + VAT and this contract is expected to start towards the end of March 2023.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this opportunity, please email [email protected] by 1pm on Wednesday 8 March 2023.
To submit a bid for this work, please complete and return the attached 'Bidder ITQ Response Questionnaire', along with any supporting documents, to [email protected] no later than Monday 13 March 2023 at 4pm. A timings schedule is include in the ITQ brief attached.
