Description
The Highland Council is seeking a high-quality outreach support service for Care Experienced Young People that will ensure the provision of practical and emotional support to Service Users through offering help and guidance on matters such as safety planning, risks and management of risks, emotional support, health, education, harm reduction, substance use, training and where appropriate support the family parenting skills. The anticipated duration of the contract is three years with an option to extend by a further 1 year.
