Description
Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a fully supported uniformed enforcement team to patrol the street-scene, parks and public open spaces within the City. Officers will issue Legal Notices and Fixed Penalty Notices on behalf of the Council in relation to offences under the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
