Description
Ofcom requires support and advice in the design of a of an end-to-end digital business support service to support SMEs and other businesses in scope of the Online Safety Bill with compliance, and in the creation of a digital capability roadmap to build, test, deliver and iterate such a service.
In order to best design and deliver the support service, we expect the successful tenderer to complete the following work: ⢠A service design recommendations report and associated design prototypes; and ⢠A capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development This will involve: ⢠Participation in user research ⢠Translation of user research insights into actionable plans ⢠Developing solutions and prototyping ⢠Online safety service design recommendations ⢠Capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development ⢠Strategic advice in alpha and beta
