The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a Baby and Infant Abusive Head Trauma initiative supporting parents/carers and families as well as health professionals who would have contact with newborns/infants. It is expected that this will be an 18 month project targeting areas of the country where it is known this support would address gaps. As a result of this funded programme parents/carers and families will gain coping mechanisms for when their baby cries, and professionals would receive resources and training to identify and prevent such head trauma from happening.
