Description
Facilitate and deliver high quality Family Group Conferencing in Derby, in accordance with the identified policies, practice standards and aims of the FGC Service⯠Promote, support and use of the FGC service at the earliest intervention stage⯠Contribute towards cost avoidance by carrying out FGC at the earliest intervention stage Carry out FGC as a means of aiding families not going further in to the care process Promote and develop Derby's FGC service within a framework of equality of opportunity that responds appropriately to the needs of individual families from diverse backgrounds⯠Promote a strengths-based family model of working in all aspects of the FGC process⯠Manage an average of 4/5 referrals a month and aim to manage a minimum of 50 throughout the Contract.
