Description
Multi-lot contract aimed at meeting the support needs of young people leaving care and vulnerable young people facing homelessness. The accommodation pathway is designed to provide move-on from care or home setting into a Pathway offering assessment, mediation, guidance, training and support leading to independent living.
The step-down accommodation units comprise of shared houses and self-contained flats where support workers are allocated to each young person throughout their stay.
The framework consists of 5 Lots providing each stage of accommodation service meeting the needs of our young people.
