Description
Rochdale were looking to appoint a consultant to provide MEP Services for Stage 2-5 on the works taking place at the Corner Plot, Rochdale Station Square. The roles and requirements will include,

In line with the Council's CPR's, the route to market utilised was through Constellia neutral vendor framework. The Council determined that TACE Manchester Limited could provide the best offer for this project, and so were awarded the work through direct award process.
