(ii) give notice of the Authority plans to hold a virtual Supplier Event on Tuesday 9th January 2024 3-5pm. Suppliers interested in attending the event should confirm their interest by 5pm 8th January 2024 by registering via the Jaggaer e-sourcing portal.
The form of response should be limited to the provision of a single point of contact (Company Name, Contact Name and E-mail Address). The Authority will then issue invitations to all interested parties, confirming the timings and location of the events.
Additional information: The Ministry of Justice is pleased to share details of the market engagement event regarding the upcoming commissioning of the Online Support and Advice Grant.
The Government is committed to delivering swift access to justice for all who seek it and ensuring that citizens can obtain supportive resources, which the grant will enable.
The purpose of the grant will be to ensure that litigants in person, as well as individuals who are supporting litigants in person, and not-for-profit organisations, have access to a wide range of online legal support and advice in relation to a range of civil, family and tribunal (CFT) problems via one digital service or tool. The online service will enable such individuals and organisations to obtain the knowledge and information they need to navigate the justice system independently and confidently, and support preparedness for court proceedings where necessary.
The grant fund will be open to individual organisations or consortiums, who have the capability to deliver this service, which is valued at approximately £130,000-£200,000 but could be subject to change.
We will be seeking views on how to shape this offer from potential providers through this Supplier Engagement Event. The event will enable us to hear from potential bidders, which will inform how we compete this funding.
The Supplier Engagement Event will take place virtually from 15:00-17:00 on Tuesday 9th January 2024.
If you wish to attend the Supplier Engagement Event please register via the Jaggaer E-procurement system: https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html
