2.1. CVG intends to enter into a Measure Term Contract (MTC) with up to three suitably qualified and experienced law firms, appointed across the three Lots detailed below. The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year period, with the option to extend for up to two further single year periods at the discretion of CVG
