Description
River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Responsive, Reactive and Out of Hours (ROT) Works across the Employer’s housing stock, including occupied and void properties, communal areas and external elements. The service shall deliver a 24/7 repairs response to emergency, urgent and routine repairs, ensuring homes remain safe, dry, warm and compliant with statutory and regulatory standards.
