Soft Market Test (SMT) for the provision of Public Analyst services. The supplier shall undertake all tasks to the standards normally expected of an appointed Public Analyst and this stage is an opportunity to respond to the council's information gathering questionnaire to help further shape the specification of the requirement and preparation of invitation to tender documents.

Please note, the Public Analyst and Agricultural Analyst Services to which this Soft Market Test relates can only be delivered by laboratories designated as official food and feed laboratories for Great Britain for enforcement purposes.
