The Authority has a requirement to place a 4 year Framework Agreement for The Provision of English Language Training for Special Purposes (Technical), including General English Language, Maths and Science Training for International Students.

Interested suppliers must express interest via submission of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
