SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF VEOLIA EQUIPMENT FOR THE METROPOLITAN POLICE BASED AT LAMBETH HQ.
Regular planned preventative maintenance visits to keep plant running reliably and efficiently. ï¼ Guaranteed 24 hour response time for breakdowns to help ensure continuous production. ï¼ Call out fee for breakdowns ï¼ Cost of travel to site ï¼ Include preferred labour rates for any additional work required. ï¼ Price reduction on consumables when purchased with the agreement Agreement Duration: 12 Months Priorities in managing this system are: 1. The quality of water produced is critical to our process. 2. It is important that any breakdowns are fixed as quickly as possible. 3. We need breakdown support 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. 4. We need call-out support with 24 hours. 5. We require maximum reliability. 6. We prefer predictable maintenance costs to help with budgeting.
