Description
PRJ-1255-SEL ICB-ENT Community Service Market Engagement Event
NHS South East London ICB, the Commissioner, is currently preparing for the procurement of an ENT Community Service for potential award in December 2023.
The aim of the ENT Community Service is to strengthen the ENT offering in SEL, by providing a link between primary and secondary care, building capacity and expertise within the community and diverting less complex activity away from secondary care. The service will act as a single point of referral for ENT, clinically triaging all referrals to reduce the number of inappropriate referrals to specialist services and boost management of patients with ENT conditions within the community.
The proposed contract duration will be an initial duration of 3 years with further options to extend for 1 plus 1 year, equating to a maximum contract duration of 5 years.
Contract value will be between 3,500,000 GBP per year and 3,800,000 GBP per year. Total potential contract value will be 10,845,000 GBP for 3 years and 18,405,000 GBP for 5 years.
It is anticipated award of the contract will be in December 2023, with a service Go-Live date in March or April 2024 however these dates are subject to change.
The Commissioner is seeking feedback from interested organisations in the form of attendance and participation in a Market Engagement Event, to be held on 28th July 2023 at 14:30 till 16:00 GMT, hosted online.
The aim of the Market engagement event is share information with the market about the procurement opportunity and to seek feedback on the specification and proposed model.
It is requested for interested organisations to register on the ProContract e-procurement portal via the link provided in this notice.
Interested organisations must then express an interest in this project and access the Draft Service Specification and a Market Event Registration Form. Interested organisations are requested to complete and submit a copy of the Event Registration Form via ProContract no later than the deadline date of 26th July 2023 at 12:00 noon.
Please note the specification is in draft form and may be subject to change following pre-market engagement.
Further details on how to access the event will follow once the Registration form is received.
