Description
To provide a professional window cleaning service ensuring key elements are part of the service in points below. We have key parts of the year that the service must take place during august-September and graduations in Spring and summer. Throughout the year there will be areas that are required also.
⢠Reach and wash to all lower buildings ⢠Internal and external cleans ⢠Abseiling from high rise buildings Annually ⢠Emergency cleans ⢠All team trained ⢠All the team must be inducted with our Soterweb system ⢠RAMS provided for each clean prior to commencement of work ⢠All waste must be disposed of, and areas kept clean ⢠Supervisor as a point of contact while on site ⢠Available to audit areas with a member of the management team after works completed ⢠Excellent customer service ⢠Able to provide a contract cleaning service as required for AD HOC works (such as vent cleaning and high level) ⢠Vehicle information must be provided prior each works for the campus safety team ⢠Flexibility to carry out works ⢠Consistency of teams to learn the site and not keep changing team every time they come to site.
