However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. ISHA's current Housing Management System (HMS), and Financial Management System (FMS) is coming to an end. The system is also felt to be obsolete in relation to current requirements. A number of legacy systems will also be reviewed and possibly either replaced or integrated as part of the systems procurement and resulting implementation
