This tender is for the provision of a contractor to create Public Path Orders (PPO's) to: ⢠Ensure that there is a legal Right of Way for every section in that falls within the area of the Lake District National Park. ⢠Satisfactorily resolve alignment issues (where the definitive line of existing RoW don't match trods/routes taken on the ground). ⢠Potentially secure higher status for some categories of existing RoW.
