Description

Wakefield Council is seeking professional services for the development and delivery of a communication strategy for the former market hall site and buildings in Wakefield city centre. The strategy will comprise of sector specific communication (inclusive of tenant recruitment strategy and toolkit) and general public relations and communication.

The branding strategy for the building has already been produced and approved by the Council. However, it will be necessary to change the name of the building from WX to Wakefield Exchange. The successful consultancy will deliver the re-naming within the boundaries of the existing WX branding.

The branding concept design requires implementation and inclusion into interior design of the buildings and outdoor areas. This will be delivered by the successful tenderer.

It is anticipated the contract will commence 1st November and the project completed November 2023.

Please refer to the specification contained within the ITT document for more information.
