Description
The Dorset Integrated Prevention Partnership Service (DIPPs) is a collaboration between Dorset Council and Voluntary, Community, and social enterprises (VCSE) through the delivery of a range of early intervention, preventative, community-based services. These include universal, light touch support through to more comprehensive support for people with a range of needs. This support is aimed at ensuring people can access support which promotes independence, wellbeing, opportunity and social connectivity, preventing, reducing and delaying the need for formal health and care interventions. Dorset Integrated Prevention Partnership Services are a collection of services to be awarded following a further competition of the Dorset Care Framework v2 (DCF2) under Lot 19 - Living Well (C) Housing Related Support Services and Lot 25 - Community Prevention & Support (including Day Opportunities).
