Description
The works are for refurbishment and enhancement of a local children's home. These include: shower enclosure upgrades, localised minor roof repairs, full redecoration of all residents shower areas, residents lounge and dining room, laundry,staff sleep over bedroom and shower room, laundry, kitchenette, and Main Entrance area improvements; work areas as detailed in attached plans.
