To ensure the delivery of a credible and robust business process review programme, Torus requires a partner organisation with a proven track record and expertise in implementing effective and timely process reviews in large and complex organisations. This expertise should encompass a wide range of business areas, including but not limited to; â¢Housing Management â¢Asset Management including compliance â¢Finance, ICT and other Corporate Services â¢Development and Construction â¢Repairs Management including Maintenance and Voids
