Description
NDA planned assurance is coordinated and prioritised across our Directorates, with the Delivery Directorate focusing on reviews of underperforming and business high risk activities. Assurance reviews will typically consider specific activities to understand and challenge Value for Money with respect to project and performance management delivery risks. In responding to varying demands across the estate, there is a requirement for additional resource to support the key activities, supplementing the NDA resources where required.
